| This book was efficiently designed as it discussed
all aspects of the human body. Its creative touches (including aliens
and experiments in a story) did a lot to make the story extremely
appealing.
By reading something unique and different
from what I normally read, I found that the topic was interesting
as I learned a lot about the body that I did not know before. The
activities in the book helped me understand the subject more clearly.
They were fun to do, engrossing, and I understood them quite well.
Some of them were things I already knew although the author wrote
the experiments in an awesome way. I liked the humour and information
the most in the story. I didnt enjoy the part of the book
that repeated some of the same information over. That was the only
part that I found a bit boring. This book was very informative so
I definitely did learn a little. For instance, I learned that at
birth, babies have 350 bones, but by the time they are adults some
bones come together and they end up with 206 bones. Did you know
that a human moves about 72 muscles to say a word and 200 to take
one step? This book is definitely worth spending money on. Earthlings
Inside and Out was perfect except for the repetition. If it
were erased, I would give the book an A+!
The story that went along with the information
was humourous and the dialogue and quotes were delightful. The illustrations
were especially adorable. Earthlings Inside and Out was very
well put together, showing a lot of time and effort. As the book
was intriguing, I would rate it a nine out of ten.
